PRS (Faber Group) is a company with 30 years of experience that has succeeded in building a European network of warehouses, suppliers, transporters, and service centers, with the aim of operating a Pallet Return System. This is a collaborative circular-economic model designed to promote reuse and reduce waste and environmental impact.
As recognition for partners who achieve a recovery rate of at least 65%, the Green Label 2025 award is granted.

Transition to Electric Injection Molding Machines for a More Sustainable Future
MONOMAT is taking another significant step with this technological transition, aligning with sustainability goals. This initiative allows us to meet the obligation of environmentally friendly solutions while remaining committed to maintaining the high quality of our products.
The company continues to expand its production lines through the addition of electric machines, aiming for an even greener future.
As part of its commitment to a more sustainable future, MONOMAT is gradually introducing electrically powered injection molding machines. This transition results in a significant reduction in energy consumption, limiting emissions, and minimizing the environmental footprint of production processes. Electric injection molding machines offer high precision and performance, while requiring fewer lubricants, thereby reducing waste.
Recycling of MONOMAT
By-products
Waste referred to as “scrap” in many industries—includes all residues of raw materials, rejected products, and by-products from the production process. Instead of being discarded, these materials are collected and processed through a closed-loop system in collaboration with an external partner specializing in mechanical recycling.
In the past year, a record recycling rate of scrap was achieved, marking another important step toward zero waste. This reflects the contribution of one aspect of the company toward the goal of implementing sustainable practices.
By adopting production-optimization techniques, MONOMAT continues to aim each year for an even higher recycling rate of waste.
